Reapplicant Mock Application & Entrance Exam Registration Deadlines

DUE APRIL 1, 2027, for Reapplicants only!

Note: to participate in the Application Readiness Program and, if applicable, Letter Packet service ALL requirements must be completed by the indicated deadlines! If you are a first-time applicant, the deadline to complete your Mock Application was February 1st. If you’ve missed this deadline but still plan to apply in 2027 to begin your program in 2028, you may apply with individual letters of evaluation and work with your individual PreHealth Advisor for application coaching.

Completing the Mock Application by April 1, 2027, is the first step in preparing for a stronger and more competitive application!

The Mock Application, available through your Medical Applicant Portal (MAP), is designed to help you reflect on your previous application cycle, evaluate what has changed, and identify opportunities to enhance your application before you reapply. By thoughtfully completing this process, you and your PreHealth Advisor can work together to develop a strategic plan that highlights your growth, addresses previous weaknesses, and positions you for greater success in the 2028 application cycle.

Please note that the Mock Application contains several required sections and is not intended to be completed in a single sitting. We recommend setting aside multiple 2–3 hour sessions to complete it thoughtfully before the deadline. You may exit the survey at any time and return later from the same computer to continue where you left off.

To complete the Mock Application, you will be required to provide verification that you have registered for a required entrance exam, if applicable. Registration—not completion of the exam—is required by the April 1 deadline ONLY for applicants planning to retake an entrance exam as part of their reapplication.
