Application Readiness Meeting (ARM) Booking Deadline

DUE April 1, 2027, for First-Time Applicants

Note: to participate in the Application Readiness Program and, if applicable, Letter Packet service ALL requirements must be completed by the indicated deadlines!

The final step of the Application Readiness Program (available to all advisees) and an important requirement for continued eligibility for the Letter Packet (for eligible applicants) is scheduling your Application Readiness Meeting (ARM).

Once you have completed your Mock Application, you will receive instructions to schedule a 45-minute, one-on-one Application Readiness Meeting with your assigned PreHealth Advisor. Your meeting must be scheduled by April 1, 2027; however, the appointment itself may occur at any available time in the spring semester. We strongly encourage you to schedule early, as appointment availability fills quickly.

During your ARM, you and your advisor will review your Mock Application together, discuss your strengths and areas for growth, and develop a personalized strategy for building the strongest application possible. This is not an interview. Rather, it is a collaborative conversation designed to provide individualized feedback, answer your questions, and prepare you for the upcoming application cycle.

Our goal is to help you navigate the application process with confidence. We approach every advising conversation with honesty, realism, and encouragement, meeting you where you are and helping you determine the best path forward.

Your ARM is also an excellent opportunity to ask questions about your centralized application (e.g., AMCAS, AACOMAS, AADSAS, CASPA, etc.), entrance exam timeline, school list, letters of evaluation, and any other aspect of the application process.

We look forward to meeting with you!
