Planning to apply in 2025 to begin your health professional program in 2026?
Participants in the Application Readiness Program must complete a Self-Assessment tailored to their application year. This comprehensive assessment will help you evaluate your readiness for your chosen application cycle.
The Self-Assessment, available as a Qualtrics survey in MAP, encourages applicants to reflect on their academic and experiential preparation for their designated health profession program, ultimately helping you evaluate your readiness to apply. It includes the development of a Mock Application, which features sections that mirror those in the central application service(s), including the Work & Activities section and a Personal Statement.
This Self-Assessment Workshop will provide you with detailed information on all required components of the Self-Assessment and Mock Application
Please note that the Self-Assessment includes several required components and cannot be completed in one sitting. We recommend setting aside multiple 2-3 hour sessions to ensure you can complete it thoroughly.
