We encourage you to meet regularly with your advisor as part of your PreMed/PreHealth program progression.
You can schedule appointments with your advisor through EAB Navigate. Alumni who no longer have access to MyNortheastern may make appointments directly with an advisor by email. Please remember to register your Medical Applicant Portal (MAP) before meeting with us.
College of Professional Studies (CPS) students should consult with the CPS Career and Academic Coaching Staff for PreMed and PreHealth Advising.
Miatta Harris is a fourth year Health Science student! She was born and raised in New Jersey, but wouldn’t dare to ever openly show support for my favorite sports teams in this neck of the woods (she learned her lesson at her first Yankees vs Red Sox game in Boston). During her free time, she enjoys reading, going for runs, and painting. Upon graduating, she aspires to go to medical school and, ultimately, become a doctor. She’s always wanted to be a cardio-thoracic surgeon, but will keep an open mind when entering medical school. On campus, she is a member of the Minority Association of PreHealth Students and Cheerleading team.
Paulina Predko is a first year student at Northeastern (class of 2023) with a major in Health Science. Paulina’s goal is to become a doctor, specializing in general or plastic surgery. She is originally from New York, NY and is currently on a quest to find a Russian/Ukrainian store in Boston. As a Russian-Ukrainian person, who is fluent in both languages, she misses having the opportunity to speak in my own native language and eat my culturally native foods.
Daniela Ruiz is a current 3rd year student at Northeastern University from Brownsville, Texas. She is a Health Science major on a Pre-medical track and is working to attend medical school to become a general surgeon. In her free time, Daniela enjoys cheering for the Northeastern Men’s Basketball team, going on hikes, and spending time with dogs.
Carina Azuine is a first-year Psychology major at Northeastern University from Maryland. She is currently on the pre-med track. Her goal is to become a psychiatrist (and go into private practice) or an anesthesiologist. In her free time, she likes reading, going out with friends, and playing volleyball.
