2022 Health Professions Conference Recap!

We are happy to report that the inaugural Health Professions Conference was a great success! Over 35 health profession programs were able to connect and present to 500+ conference attendees over the span of 4 days. The in-person/virtual format allowed us to capture students and alumni interested in learning about their chosen health profession & respective programs, ways to engage in the local and global community, hear from experts in the field, and so much more.

Recordings of the virtual sessions are available on our website. We encourage those who were unable to attend, to go back and watch sessions of interest! You may access the Health Profession Conference recordings here.

If you attended the conference, we encourage you to provide us feedback! We hope to host future events that provide insight and informative content in areas Northeastern students and alumni are interested and curious about. With your thoughtful feedback, we can do just that! You may provide feedback here.

We would like to extend a special thanks to our keynote speaker, Dr. Richard Wamai, Associate Professor at Northeastern University for sharing his experiences related to research and integrated initiatives for global health. We would also like to share our appreciation for each and every conference presenter who without, this event would not be possible. Thank you to everyone who attended the conference and participated in the Health Professions Fair. Finally, we would like to give a shoutout to our conference co-chairs, Kelley Fitzgerald and Emily Hyde who spent countless hours planning this event.
