January-July 2026 AJC Merit Research Scholars Co-op Applications Now Open!

We are happy to share that we are accepting applications for the Sixth cohort of the AJC Merit Research Scholarship for the January-June 2026 Co-op cycle!

Academically talented and ambitious students can apply to participate in co-op that they build with a tenure or tenure-track STEM faculty mentor with whom they are already doing research. We are not accepting applications for existing unpaid Co-op opportunities.

Previous AJC Merit Research Scholar Co-ops have worked with their faculty mentors to develop projects that explore the impact of environmental co-contaminants, study supermassive black hole evolution, explore human motor control impairments and their potential treatments, contribute to the development of novel cancer treatments, and more!
