2026 Fulbright Awardees Make Global Change
The Fulbright U.S. Student Program is one of the most prestigious international exchange programs in the world, funding recent graduates and early-career professionals to study, conduct research, or teach English abroad. Sponsored by the U.S. Department of State, Fulbright awards support a year of immersive work in a host country.
This year, nine Northeastern alumni and recent graduates received Fulbright awards, heading to destinations across Europe, Asia, and South Asia. Their projects span physics research in Switzerland, bioengineering in Ireland, health science in Sweden, law in the Netherlands, industrial engineering in Spain, behavioral neuroscience in Taiwan, business research in India, and English teaching in Spain.
