Join us for our Fulbright Information Session. This session will be hosted in-person. We will provide Zoom link for those who are not on campus or who are on co-op -- register and then contact us for the correct link. If we have no in-person attendees, we will not host the session. If you cannot attend either in person or via Zoom , have no fears, all relevant information is available on our Canvas site.

Please only register for this session if you are a rising senior or recent alum who can apply for the Fulbright this fall. This workshop is for Northeastern students and alumni only.

With a mission “to increase mutual understanding between the people of the United States and the people of other countries,” Fulbright Fellowships fund a year of post-graduation study, research, or English teaching in approximately 140 countries around the world. Join the Office of Undergraduate Research and Fellowships to learn more about this opportunity and the application process including preparing your essays, identifying references to support your work, picking the right country and project, and more!

Eligibility:

  • U.S. citizens or permanent residents with intentions of becoming a U.S. citizen, apply as senior for fall after graduation or as recent alum.
  • Have sufficient proficiency in the written and spoken language of the host country to carry out the proposed project/study. Each country indicates its specific linguistic requirements.
  • Applicants must participate in Northeastern’s Fulbright Fellowship process, which includes a mandatory interview.
