Honors Oasis
Programming to help you de-stress, connect with others, and learn new skills!
The Honors Oasis Program is an opportunity for all Honors students to exercise their creative ideas, design a program and lead a session for their peers. Honors Oasis supports student-generated programming, as well as programming facilitated by faculty, staff, and other local professionals, that encourages social interaction, destress practices, and the unique occasion for peer to peer facilitation of new skills and talents. University Honors Students can lead an individual session or work with a group of students I.e. Honors LLCs, etc.
The University Honors Program intends to support all student proposals and will work with the lead facilitator to understand the goals, budget and time frame requested for the individual or group led Oasis Program. All approved proposals will be advertised through the University Honors Program media outlets. The student facilitator will be asked to submit their opportunity onto the SAIL platform to allow their participants to track their personal learning.
All interested students can submit their proposal here: Honors Oasis Proposal Application
