Focus your studies with inspiring, world-class faculty.
Is there a question, subject, or idea you want to explore in depth? Is there a faculty expert you’d like to explore these topics with? If so, consider approaching a faculty member about supervising your explorations or creative work through an Honors Directed Study course (HONR 4992).
Through personalized faculty mentorship, Honors students have the freedom to pursue the questions they are most curious about, all while advancing their skills in inquiry, creativity, communication, critical thinking, and more.
If you are have determined your area of interest and/or a potential faculty mentor, please contact Associate Director Justin Silvestri to set up an appointment.
For those Honors students who are engaged in more extensive projects that have a high potential for impact, and that requires funding, consider applying for an Honors Propel Grant . Students may apply for an Honors Propel Grant either as individuals or as part of a collaborative team.
